Sam taught me as a mature student Level 3 Dog Grooming at Writtle college .... I have dyslexia & ADHD and can struggle with retaining information, written work and social settings, this was eased my Sam’s warm demeanour and constant encouragement and feed back

Sam has a calm approach and is a wealth of knowledge within the grooming industry. I  found her theory sessions easy to navigate ...  with her structured teaching plans and homework, I felt I could achieve my qualification knowing I had Sam as my tutor and teacher, practical lessons were both informative and so much fun.  I particularly liked Sam’s way of having faith in my ability as a groomer and encouraging me to be confident and ‘give  it a go’ we would then have a debrief after the groom and discuss what went well and what we could work on to improve the groom etc

I admire Sam and her passion, workmanship and skills within  the grooming industry and I look forward to a time where I can be under her guidance again in furthering new grooming career
